Can I order swatches before making my final fabric selections?

We understand how critical the hand and color of a fabric is to a project. For that reason we have developed our swatch program. Our swatch program allows you to select 10 swatches for a minimal fee of $10, plus shipping. Our swatches measure approximately 5 inches by 5 inches. Please select SWATCHES from our fabric shop and indicate your 10 selections in the fields provided.

Are fabrics returnable?

Cut fabrics are not returnable. We encourage you to purchase swatches before ordering bulk.

What if I have a problem with my order?

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Service department within seven days of order receipt.

Can I re-order fabric?

Fabric varies from print to print ranging from hundreds of yards to only a few yards. Once inventory is depleted the fabric is no longer available as we do not re-print fabric.

Can I buy wholesale?

What forms of payment do you accept?

Bolt44.com accepts payment via Paypal which allows shoppers to use a credit card of their choice, or their Paypal account, in a highly secure environment.

How are orders shipped?

Most domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you wish to ship to a P.O. Box, Alaska or Hawaii, please call customer service to make alternate arrangements. International orders are shipped via US Express Mail or private carrier and are determined on a case-by-case basis.
